It's a really nice short story. Maybe not as hilarious as What Really Happened In Peru (honestly, the whole Magnus-wanted-to-start-his-new-life-as-a-cactus thing still amuses me). It's exciting for a short story with only 60 pages and it's a really, really fast read. Getting a glimpse of Magnus' life in Paris is really nice. Paris is a city of lights and love yet in this story, there's a infinite dark side about it and I love every single part. 

The thing that really surprises me is the black-haired and blued-eyed boy (Cassie, are you trying to torture us with these facial features?). I think that kind of explains why Magnus has a soft spot for blue eyes. The ending is good too, if not a bit emotional. You know, about mortals having a short but glorious lifespan and immortals living forever and watching those around them die. Overall it's a short and sweet read. Maybe not a must, but you will like this story.

(I think The Midnight Heir will be a must though... XD)

3. Name Reveal: Daughter of Smoke and Bone #3 by Laini Taylor

The popular sequel of Days of Blood and Starlight finally has a name. Truth to be told, I'm quite pissed when I found out this book isn't released until April 2014. But finally the name is here and... aww, it is a beautiful name:

Dreams of Gods and Monsters

See that? This is surely one of my favorite book names in this year! Does that mean angels and demons can co-exist without constantly irking each other? Because that will be the best news for not just Karou and Akiva, but also us!

Gonna Read: May 2013

May 2013 is not a month for books. Mainly because APRIL (And October!) is the month(s) for books. Another reason is... I've got an annual exam at school to prepare and this can get really intense so I don't really have time for so much books...

Anyway. I really wanna read these books:
